Equipment (Suggested but Optional!)
- Waterbury Rapids team swimsuit for 2010 is the same as last year's: Speedo Hot Lava.
- You can order online from a number of retailers, such as www.thelifeguardstore.com
- Please check with Shannon Wisdom if you have questions about ordering.
- A previous team suit, or really ANY suit at all, is also fine to wear!
- Swim cap -- our blue Waterbury Rapids silicone cap , ask the coaches -- or yours
Other recommended equipment:
- practice suits! (old, saggy, washed-out suits work great)
- good pair of goggles
- spare swim cap for practice and at meets (they always break at the most inconvenient moments)
- nice big towel
- sunscreen, please
